Fishing Trip

The other day, out of nowhere, Asia tells me that she wants to go fishing (Havana follows that by saying she wants to go on a cruise ship). We've never really talked much about fishing, but somehow the idea got there. There happened to be a free fishing clinic for kids that weekend, so we went. We didn't catch anything, but I think she had fun anyway.

The kids are growing up fast!

Havana can pretty much swim by herself now. Asia is about halfway there.

Emma took her first dip in the pool.

Emma is rolling over by herself now.

The girls got rid of their old toddler beds and upgraded to the bunk beds. They were pretty excited. We let them pick out their own sheets - Hello Kitty for Havana and Tinkerbell for Asia.

Mango Harvest

We've had two little mango trees in the back yard for about four years now. This year they finally had some fruit. They are a little bit small (it took about a dozen mangos to fill this bowl) but they taste good.

Dance Recital

Havana was a ladybug in ballet this year. She was great! Hopefully I can get some video posted on the blog in a few weeks.
